Our History

Guangzhou Wellfar Engine Parts Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of precision auto parts such as engines and superchargers. Our company was established in Hong Kong in 2002 and has been developing for 20 years. Our products are sold well at home and abroad, and we are an important supplier to many of the top 100 global auto parts companies, and have several factories in China to produce OE quality engine parts. Our products are sold in more than 30 countries such as USA, Brazil, Mexico, UK, Germany, etc. We not only have stores and offices in foreign countries, but also employ experienced sales experts, and our foreign export sales rank among the top in the industry.

Our Factory

We have several factories in China, which proves our productivity. One of them is our Wuxi plant specializing in the production of metal sealed piston rings made of high temperature alloys M2, M35, Incole718, waspalloy, etc. With new investments and new technologies, this is a big leap forward in our piston ring capabilities. Our production capacity includes 6 production sites in China, equipped with machines and products imported from Japan and Germany. We are now supplying products to many OE customers worldwide. As a result, we believe we can better serve the needs of the better and most importantly, still offer competitive prices. With our joint venture with GKN Liner Works, we can support competitive aftermarket pricing and OE quality. Our factory works with global OE suppliers from Perkins and John deer. When you visit China, you are fully welcome to visit our factory. Tour the new facility. We have supplied products to most global OE turbocharger manufacturers such as Garrett, BW, IHI, BMTS, etc.

Our Product

As a major OE supplier in China, Wellfar specializes in developing, manufacturing and supplying precision automotive parts such as piston rings, pistons, cylinder liners, engine bearings, valves and turbocharger components. 0PPM is our constant pursuit. Our well-trained employees, advanced and well-maintained equipment, selected materials, reliable processes and a fully controlled working environment are the guarantee of excellent quality. All our production activities are carried out in accordance with ISO/TS, VDA 6.3 quality standards.

Product Application

Thanks to the parent group’s great OE background and strong manufacturing capacity.  Wellfar jinhan boasts the excellent engineering capability and premium quality products. Now We developed a wide range of engine components, piston ring, piston, liner and bearing, gasket kit for various combustion engines for the commercial vehicle, off highway, passenger car, motorcycle, etc. We also produce parts for major brands in the global market, such as Cummins, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Iveco, Detroit, Isuzu, Kia, Ford, Hyundai, Perkins, GM, VW, etc.

Production Equipment

The quality of our products comes from the guarantee of our machines. We have many high-tech production equipments, such as molding grinder from Germany, Goetze Keystone grinder, automatic grinding line from Japan, CNC machine tools, CNC oil hole drilling machine, automatic packing area, molybdenum plasma machine from Switzerland, etc. 90% of the processing lines of the products are CNC equipment, and the key processes are imported from the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries.

As wellfar independent aftermarket division, wellfar jinhan keeps fast growing and do a great job in the aftermarket all the time,  supplying high cost performance engine parts to more than 30 countries in the North America, western Europe, South America,Africa, Middle-east and Asia.

Our Service

Our company has strong supply chain management capabilities, good contacts in the automotive industry in China as well as a good engineering background to provide engineering services to our customers. Familiar with ISO/TS, VDA 6.1, QS quality standards to develop products for customers under PPAP schedule. Good experience in working with global OEM customers and OES customers to understand the development process and necessary documentation.

With years of experience working with global OEM and OES customers, we fully understand our customers' expectations, the product development process and related documentation, as well as reverse engineering. For example, our project team provides customized training such as product learning training, product design specifications, inspection SOPs, failure analysis, etc. to better meet our customers' needs.
